  • The software is not as described or is non-functional after following all instructions.
  • You contacted us within 7 days of your purchase.

Note: We may request screenshots or details to verify the issue before approving a refund.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • You don’t have the technical knowledge to use the product
  • You violated our terms of use (e.g., license key sharing or misuse)

  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within 48 business hours and process valid refunds within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
